Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients at entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relations.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and tailor support for financial needs.
• Promote self-service usage to allow 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth, secure operations.
