The YETI Short Hills store is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

You will oversee sales strategy, staff development, scheduling, and store operations while upholding YETI’s values and brand presence in the local community. This role requires a customer-first mindset and ability to grow profitability across a $2M+ annual revenue store.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience in managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
• Experience in implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Leads execution of store processes, payroll management, effective schedule, merchandise flow, inventory control and visual presentation.
• Drives store sales and profitability by using company tools and resources to maximize results and fostering a comprehensive and supportive approach to leading a team.
• Operates holistically using business acumen, strategic thinking, and resourcefulness to solve problems.
• Proactively plans and executes a variety of projects including visual merchandising plans, new product launches, and in-store events.
• Mitigates risk of loss by educating associates and ensuring company policies are followed and developing strong partnerships with Loss Prevention and Store Operations team
