Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across a defined geographic region. You will lead market development, customer engagement, pipeline creation, and sales execution while coordinating with surgeons, staff, and reps.

You will craft business plans to exceed revenue targets, train and certify clinicians, and oversee trial preparation, onboarding, and technical implementation from a clinical standpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certifiy surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
