Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across five regional openings (Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic).

You will lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline management, train surgeons and staff, and ensure flawless trial prep, with 90% travel and a clinical/technical onboarding focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform across a defined region.
• Manage market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline and sales execution.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Area VP of Sales to align regional strategies.
