Job summary

Smith+Nebhew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to drive adoption and revenue for the TESSA platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities, manage the pipeline and execute sales strategies with clinicians and staff.

The role emphasizes training surgeons and reps, coordinating trials, and ensuring a seamless clinical and technical onboarding experience, reporting to the Area VP of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue targets and train surgeons, staff and reps.
• Ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
