Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and grow key accounts. You will define sales territories, develop forecasts, and deliver volume and value through cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes building relationships, providing technical solutions, and negotiating with multiple channels. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience, plus US work authorization, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
