Job summary

Emerson is seeking a results-driven leader to own the regional software growth plan and translate global strategy into local market action. You will drive pipeline, adoption, renewal, and expansion while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth.

You will influence stakeholders across functions in a global matrix, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly to executives and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business management, sales, marketing, strategy, product, operations, or related field.
• Experience owning performance and regional execution programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional software growth plan, translating global software strategy into local market action across territories, channels, and strategic accounts.
• Drive software business performance through pipeline creation, conversion, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, distributor, and regional leadership teams to align priorities and accelerate growth.
• Enable sellers and partners with tools, messaging, workflow understanding, and technical confidence to position NI software effectively.
• Serve as the regional voice of the customer and field, bringing market feedback to Software BU leadership.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed global organization, establishing priorities, cadence, metrics, and accountability.
