Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through promotional programs and customer engagement.
• Build partnerships with regional/local customer leadership to ensure visibility of products and programs.
• Collaborate with business units on merchandising projects and store initiatives.
• Meet with regional decision-makers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with field teams to address execution challenges and improve performance.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify program implementation and gather feedback.
• Support training for customer teams and partners as needed.
• Focus on key stores and new locations to maximize program adoption and incremental sales.
• Represent Emerson at customer meetings and regional events.
• Gather market intelligence including pricing trends and customer insights.
