Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks a seasoned Safety leader to oversee safety, health and environmental programs across regional profit centers. You will implement training modules, conduct audits and drive continuous improvement of safety performance.

Travel is required as you collaborate with regional managers to ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, safety training delivery, and data reporting using Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years working with Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic safety plans and deliver training.

• Oversee safety, health and environmental programs across regional profit centers.
• Deliver safety training modules and coordinate inspections/audits.
• Lead incident investigations and promote leading indicators for safety performance.
• Collaborate with regional managers to implement corrective actions and drive improvements.
