Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager 2 to oversee safety management at assigned profit centers, enforce safety policies, and communicate safety issues to leadership. This role includes coordinating audits, training, and incident investigations across regions.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety and Health with 5+ years of SH&E management, preferred OHST/CHST/SMS/GSP certifications, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field with 5+ years in Safety/SH&E
• Preferred Safety Certifications: OHST, CHST, SMS, GSP
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop strategic SH&E plans with measurable goals
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupational safety management at assigned profit centers
• Ensure safety policies and programs are implemented and followed
• Conduct safety inspections and audits across branches
• Train and guide Safety Coordinators in policy execution
• Track safety performance and lead regional SH&E planning
• Support incident investigations and reporting requirements
• Lead regional Safety Coordinator calls and trainings
• Travel as required for site inspections and support
