Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a seasoned Safety & Environmental Manager to strengthen our SH&E culture across multiple profit centers. You will lead safety programs, inspections, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and incident prevention.

This role requires strong leadership, regional strategy development, and the ability to travel. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in safety and at least five years of S&H experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across Sunbelt Rentals profit centers.
• Lead and train Safety Coordinators; drive corrective actions from inspections.
• Develop annual SH&E strategy with regional leadership.
• Lead Safety Coordinator Boot Camp and safety meetings.
• Monitor incident data and safety metrics across locations.
