Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is hiring a Regional Safety, Health and Environmental Manager 2 (RSM) to oversee safety programs at assigned profit centers and ensure policy adherence. You will lead audits, train staff, and develop regional SH&E plans while coordinating with the Safety Director.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field, 5+ years of safety/ENV management experience, and relevant certifications. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Safety, Health and Environmental Management experience.
• OHST/CHST/SMS/GSP certifications preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SH&E programs across branches within the region.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure policy adherence.
• Train Safety Coordinators and ensure consistent safety practices.
• Track incident data and lead corrective action follow-ups.
• Collaborate with leadership to set annual SH&E targets.
