Job summary

ABB is seeking a Regional Services Sales Manager to drive ABB's Critical Power & Energy Solutions Services sales within an assigned territory in the United States. You will lead sales initiatives, build customer relationships, and convert needs into service opportunities that improve system reliability and drive revenue growth.

Reporting to the Service Sales Director, you will own territory execution, manage the sales cycle, and negotiate terms to close profitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in critical power or related industries selling aftermarket services, contracts, and parts.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, expand market share, and close profitable service opportunities.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience managing pipeline and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance for ABB’s Service offerings within assigned territory.
• Build and manage customer relationships across multiple markets and accounts.
• Lead direct sales activities, follow up on leads, and plan strategic accounts.
• Translate customer needs into service proposals and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline data and coordinate quotes, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close profitable service opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs and consistent customer experience.
