Job summary

ABB is seeking a Regional Services Sales Manager to lead ABB's Critical Power & Energy Solutions Services within the Electrification business across an assigned territory. You will drive sales performance, build customer relationships, and develop opportunities by delivering high‑performance service solutions that improve system reliability.

Reporting to the Service Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Critical Power or related industries.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand market share.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience managing pipeline and opportunities.
• Preferred knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies and service contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer relationships across multiple markets; serve as primary outside sales resource.
• Drive direct sales activities: lead follow-up, account planning, cost justification, and system configuration.
• Deliver quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
• Translate customer needs into service solutions and proposals.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and coordinate quotes, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable service opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sales handoffs.
