Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Regional Service Operations Leader. You will manage a regional service team, drive performance, ensure safety and data integrity, and contribute to customer satisfaction in a hybrid work model.

Requirements include 10+ years with Atlas Copco service and at least 5 years of leadership. A 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Atlas Copco service organization with increasing responsibility
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading teams
• 4-year degree in Engineering, Business or Economics or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop regional service operations team into a modern, cost-efficient unit with full customer dedication
• Implement training for sustainable growth and region-wide competence
• Drive training and development of service operations employees to optimize performance
• Meet financial and service operation targets including Service Variance, WIP, Backlog, Utilization, and Warranty
• Provide leadership and support for regional operations management and ensure data integrity across systems
• Support regional Safety activities and root-cause analysis for incidents
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure adherence to Atlas Copco standards and customer needs
