4+ years of progressive experience in field service or operations.
Excellent communication, planning, negotiating, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and managing teams with a flexible work style.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements operations procedures to ensure timely customer repair orders and PM visits.
Provides guidance to Service Managers and technicians to ensure quality training and policy adherence.
Sets goals for service teams to meet current and future service needs.
Ensures service billing efficiency ratio is at or above 75%.
Aims for technician utilization at or above 85% and addresses warranty issues promptly.
Analyzes profitability of planned maintenance programs and escalates customer issues as needed.
