Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee Service Managers and technicians across a region. You will guide operations, improve service processes, and ensure profitable maintenance programs while meeting customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in field service or operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Travel and a strong focus on training and customer relations are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related required (or equivalent years of experience).
• 4+ years of progressive experience in field service or operations, preferably with material handling or similar equipment.
• Excellent communication, planning, negotiation, troubleshooting, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and managing teams with a flexible and adaptable work style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements operations procedures to ensure service orders, installations or PM visits are done timely and profitably.
• Provides direction to Service Managers and technicians to meet service needs and enforce policies.
• Sets goals and objectives for teams to meet future service demands.
• Monitors service billing efficiency and technician utilization to meet targets.
• Addresses all service and warranty issues promptly and engage customers as needed.
• Analyzes profitability of planned maintenance programs and training targets across teams.
• Escalates issues with key customers and coordinates with groups to satisfy service needs.
