Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee Service Managers and technicians within a defined region. You will drive operational excellence, develop procedures, and ensure timely customer service, maintenance, and installations while focusing on profitability and training outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and collaborative work with customers and internal teams to meet service goals and achieve efficiency. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and managing teams; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Service Managers and technicians in an assigned region.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure timely customer repair, installation, or PM visits.
• Provide guidance to Service Managers and technicians for operational excellence.
• Set goals for service needs and monitor billing efficiency at or above 75%.
• Analyze profitability of planned maintenance programs and ensure training targets.
