Job summary

The Director of Logistic Operations at Kenco oversees regional site performance, partnering with General Managers to optimize operations, safety, and profitability. You will drive KPI-based improvements, build customer relationships, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites with a strong focus on lean processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or business management with leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational activities for regional sites with General Managers.
• Identify new opportunities and maximize revenue and margins with existing customers.
• Facilitate monthly/quarterly business reviews and manage KPI performance.
• Lead safety initiatives and develop customer profiles and strategic plans.
• Build business cases and present value solutions for customers.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
