Kenco Logistics is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee Service Managers and technicians in an assigned region, driving service excellence and profitability. You will guide operations, ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance, and mentor teams while interfacing with customers.

The role requires travel up to 75%, a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of field service leadership, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related required.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in field service or operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements operations procedures and guidelines to ensure that customer repair orders, installation or PM visits are done in a timely manner.
• Provides direction and guidance to Service Managers and technicians for operational excellence and enforces company policies.
• Meets service needs by analyzing profitability and ensuring training targets are achieved.
