Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Director of Logistic Operations to oversee regional sites, manage client relationships, and drive value-added services with Lean Six Sigma principles. The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and frequent travel to optimize efficiency and profitability.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, review performance with GMs, and ensure safety and financial discipline across the network. MBA and 8–10 years of experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of supply chain management, business management or logistics experience.
• 3-5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to maximize team performance.
• Robust understanding of supply chain strategies.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to align with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company vision to sites and employees.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; communicate proactively.
• Facilitate monthly/quarterly reviews; showcase performance and value.
• Oversee site performance against KPIs and introduce new metrics.
• Meet monthly with General Managers for operations visibility.
• Lead safety initiatives across the network.
• Build business cases and value proposals for customers.
• Provide leadership and training; collaborate with L&D.
• Lead new programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and safety.
• Visit sites regularly to maintain presence.
