Job summary

Community Concierge Services is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and develop District Managers across an assigned region, coordinating field operations and ensuring service quality. This hands-on role requires consistent time in the field with district teams, including evenings and weekends to support peak service hours.

You will travel across markets, coach managers, inspect operations, and address performance issues while ensuring staffing, client relations, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience managing supervisors across multiple locations.
• Background in valet trash, waste services, or field operations.
• Ability to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold multiple District Managers accountable for performance across the entire region.
• Hire and onboard District Managers, establish clear expectations, and evaluate their progress.
• Conduct regular field visits and check-ins to identify challenges and provide practical coaching.
• Address performance issues promptly and develop future leaders for advancement.
• Help managers build dependable teams through recruiting, training and communication.
