Groupe SEB North America is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily regional operations, manage vendor and client relationships, and drive financial performance. This working manager role collaborates with sales, admin support, and regional teams to meet KPIs and deliver excellent service.

You will develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and implement best practices across the region while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage third-party vendors.
• Strong contract negotiation and interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated business development skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts for local market including vendor relations and customer service.
• Act as a working manager interfacing with sales and regional management.
• Develop relationships with key customers and vendors.
• Ensure regional service partners are trained and meet KPIs.
• Negotiate local contracts and explore new markets.
• Develop and implement best practices for the region.
• Write and implement processes and policies where needed.
