Job summary

Confident Remodels is seeking a Regional Manager to drive revenue growth in the U.S. territory and ensure compliance with program requirements.

The role is highly visible and will involve frequent interactions with senior management, including the CEO and CFO, as well as collaboration with Compliance, Licensing, Central Processing, Call Center and Customer Solutions. The ideal candidate will recruit and retain Providers, manage performance, and travel up to 50% while operating in a remote

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail or related experience.
• Strong business acumen with attention to detail and excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Recruit and retain qualified Providers meeting compliance requirements.
• Manage Provider performance and coach Contractors to standards.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Licensing, Central Processing, Call Center and Customer Solutions.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with Providers and lead improvement efforts.
• Travel up to 50% and work remotely.
