Job summary

TGM Research is seeking a Client Service Director to own the commercial success of a major region. You will lead the Client Service EMEA & America teams, set sales and account strategy, and be accountable for regional revenue, P&L and profitability.

You will drive high-level pitches, manage client relationships, and mentor the regional client service team to achieve ambitious growth while maintaining margins and service quality. This is a fully remote leadership role with an international remit.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in market research or related industry.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Experience owning regional revenue targets and leading teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the region's sales targets, P&L and profitability.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives to open new markets and drive revenue growth.
• Translate company strategy into action across the regional client service team.
• Lead high-level pitches, negotiations and client meetings to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Lead, mentor and develop the client service team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Set direction on sales and account management to keep clients satisfied and loyal.
• Review and approve complex proposals and quotes prepared by junior team members.
• Oversee the regional project portfolio, resourcing and timelines.
• Set sampling strategies and contribute to fieldwork quality standards.
• Provide senior oversight on complex, high-profile projects.
• Track KPIs and territory performance, identifying ways to reduce costs and improve margins.
• Represent TGM Research at conferences and industry events, and work with other teams to shape new products and services
