• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value; coordinate with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
