Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

The role involves expanding Dow’s presence, understanding customer needs, and developing opportunities across large accounts, with cross-functional collaboration to drive volume and value. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience), at least 3 years of relevant work experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
