Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth for small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within the customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value; align sales with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
