Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage small to medium-size accounts and regional distribution, while engaging large accounts and supporting non-selling processes.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and build strong relationships with influencers across multiple communication channels. The role involves developing sales forecasts, executing the sales/marketing plan, and collaborating with Production and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian PO2 or Sergeant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan across functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
