Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to medium-size customers and oversee distribution. You will manage large accounts, lead non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across regions.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, and delivering both volume and value through cross-functional collaboration. The role involves developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, leveraging market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and decision making.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
