Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to medium-size customers and manage distribution.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers through multi-channel engagement. The role involves developing sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, leading price negotiations, and collaborating across functions to deliver CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
