HDR is seeking a client development lead for the TMT and Semiconductor market to join our NE Building Engineering Services practice. The primary focus is fostering client relationships, supporting annual planning, and leading pursuits and project teams across the Northeast region.

The role spans diverse project types in the Semiconductor market and requires a passion for delivering value to premier clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 15 years related experience required.
• Minimum 7 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required; Access experience a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures client relationships, driving growth.
• Leads projects as Project Manager/Director and coordinates teams.
