Job summary

HDR's NE Building Engineering Services seeks a client development lead for the TMT and Semiconductor market in the Northeast. You will develop client relationships, support annual planning, and lead pursuits and project teams across diverse semiconductor projects.

Lead concurrent projects, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and leverage HDR's integrated services to deliver exceptional value to key clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PE license preferred or required.
• 15 years related experience with PM experience of at least 7 years.
• Proven track record in business development and strategic planning in Semiconductor markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and leadership ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; familiarity with Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures client relationships in the Semiconductor market.
• Leads pursuits, strategy, and fee development for project capture.
• Provides project oversight and leads multidisciplinary teams.
• Supports annual planning and coordinates with leadership on market initiatives.
• Ensures client satisfaction and strengthens core HDR teams.
