Pavion is seeking an Operations Manager for its security business unit in the Georgia/Alabama region. You will lead regional installation and project operations, oversee field teams, and ensure alignment with Pavion's standards and enterprise delivery model to drive growth.

The role emphasizes safety, cost control, scheduling, and risk management across enterprise accounts, healthcare, education, government, and data centers, with a focus on building leadership depth and scalable processes.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in low-voltage, integrated security, or related systems.
• 3-5+ years in an operations, project, or regional leadership role.
• Proven experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise access control, VMS, and integrated security systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, costs, risk, and customer expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional operational leadership for installation and project operations across Georgia & Alabama.
• Oversee field operations, project execution, staffing, and operational performance.
• Ensure alignment with Pavion's national operational standards and enterprise delivery model.
• Develop, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Field Technicians.
• Champion safety, compliance, and risk management across job sites.
• Own labor productivity, job cost control, and margin performance; collaborate with Finance on forecasts.
• Scale processes and subcontractor networks to support enterprise growth.
