Job summary

Pavion is seeking an Operations Manager to lead installation and project operations across Georgia and Alabama. This role requires coordinating field teams, ensuring safety, and delivering enterprise-scale security projects on time and within budget.

You'll mentor Project Managers and field staff, manage subcontractors, align with Pavion's standards, and drive continuous improvement. A background in low-voltage security systems and PMP or similar certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in low-voltage, integrated security, or related systems.
• 3–5+ years in an operations, project, or regional leadership role.
• Proven experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise access control, VMS, and integrated security systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, costs, risk, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and strategic leadership for Pavion’s installation and project operations across Georgia & Alabama.
• Oversee field operations, project execution, staffing, and operational performance.
• Ensure alignment with Pavion’s national operational standards and enterprise delivery model.
• Support project-driven growth across medium-to-large enterprise accounts.
• Oversee delivery of medium to large enterprise projects including corporate campuses, healthcare, higher education, and government facilities.
