Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our security business unit. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects with focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, plans, and budgets, coordinating with engineering and subcontractors, and delivering reports to senior management. This role requires strong communication, travel up to 80%, and prior PMP/CAPM eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience leading projects as a Project Manager with a strong knowledge of project execution, initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent work experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Holds or is actively pursuing a CAPM or PMP certification
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Microsoft Project, among others
• Excellent oral, written communication and customer service skills are essential
• Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal business hours when needed
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to technical standards and operational goals
• Prepare and manage project installation plans and change orders
• Maintain current job plans, specifications, and schedules
• Manage day-to-day project activities and lead project management meetings
• Collaborate with engineering and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor risks, scope, budget, and reporting to stakeholders
