Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its security business unit. This role leads planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for complex projects across clients and stakeholders.

You will manage budgets, risk, documentation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. A strong client-facing focus and team leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, and project-management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects; define scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Allocate resources to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide progress updates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation and regular status reports.
• Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Ensure proper closeout with client sign-offs and post-project reviews.
