Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in security systems or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication with clients and vendors.
• Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills; budget control expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors.
• Maintain regular client communication and progress updates.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and monitor performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage changes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare status reports and closeout documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
