Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our security business unit in the United States. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering complex security and integration projects across clients in various industries.

You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PM experience in security/tech integration, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of project management experience in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions
• Oversee day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they remain on track
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Respond promptly to issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders
• Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to avoid overruns
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Ensure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs and final documentation
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
