Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit. You will lead planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of complex security installations and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party contractors/vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and report risks, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Lead project teams and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure proper closeout with client sign‑offs and final documentation.
