Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Gather market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
