Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-sized customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels.

You will generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions to customer challenges while coordinating with marketing and production to deliver volume, value, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan aligned to the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
