Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to manage and grow distribution for small-to-medium customers while engaging large accounts. You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels.

You will build relationships, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast demand and drive growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
