Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium accounts and manage distribution while engaging large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and craft technical solutions for customer challenges across face-to-face, phone, or email channels. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, expanding the Dow presence, and driving the sales program in alignment with marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
