Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

You will help grow the Dow presence, develop sales plans, and build strong relationships across customer organizations through face-to-face, phone, and email engagement. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, at least three years in sales, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at US E5 or equivalent.
• Three years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and network across organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies considering legal and regulatory aspects.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
