Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest. You will maintain and expand the account portfolio, define territories, and engage customers through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and US work eligibility. You will analyze markets, collaborate with Production and Supply Chain, and shape pricing strategies within Dow policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market data to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
