Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow the account portfolio and expand Dow’s presence.

You will engage with customers, provide technical solutions, and build strong relationships across multiple levels, including large accounts and distributors. You will define and execute sales plans, generate forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and lead negotiations with pricing strategies while ensuring compliance and delivering CX results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
