Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution, support small to mid-size customers, and work with large accounts across the region. You will develop sales plans, build relationships, and drive growth through data-driven insights.

You will lead negotiations, define territory strategies, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and deliver value for customers while upholding Dow’s standards of integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience meeting U.S. E5/Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across organization levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
