Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow and manage a diverse customer base, including large accounts and distributors. The role focuses on leads, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver volume and value.

You will analyze market data, build relationships, and implement strategic plans across functions, ensuring Dow’s solutions meet customer needs and regulatory requirements in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and pricing decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
