Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. The role includes working with large accounts, handling non-selling processes, and building influential relationships across organizations.

Responsibilities span lead generation, territory definition, sales analytics, and multi-channel engagement. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or military background,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
